Winston is an astute and practical oriented Project Manager known to lead projects (large and small) that encompasses environmentally conscious and sustainable principles without compromising value added project outcomes.

He is renowned for focusing on the intersection of climate change and infrastructure, thereby prioritizing:

Walter Jamieson

Canada Flag Professor Dr. Walter Jamieson; FCIP, FIPM

Professor Dr. Walter Jamieson is an internationally recognized scholar and practitioner in urban planning and urban management, with a career spanning more than five decades across North America and Asia. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Studies from the University of Birmingham, UK, alongside advanced degrees in environmental conservation and planning, and is a Fellow of both the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Institute of Place Management.

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Jamieson has held senior leadership and faculty roles at major universities including the University of Calgary, the Asian Institute of Technology, Thammasat University, the University of Hawaii and Toronto Metropolitan University. His research and teaching have focused on international urban revitalization, poverty reduction, sustainable urban management, heritage conservation, and strategic urban governance. He has contributed to advancing theoretical frameworks and practical models for integrating heritage and sustainability into urban planning processes.

In parallel with his academic work, Dr. Jamieson has advised international organizations, national governments, and local authorities on urban planning policies, urban management systems, and community-based urban renewal initiatives. His consultancy work has informed key urban masterplans and strategic development policies in Canada, Southeast Asia, and China. His published works and toolkits continue to shape best practices in urban governance, heritage city management, and destination city strategies.

Dr. Jamieson has received a number of awards, including the Queen's Jubilee Medal for Heritage Conservation and Cultural Tourism in Canada in 2003. Currently, Professor Emeritus of Environmental Design (School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape), University of Calgary, Dr. Jamieson remains active in bridging scholarship and practice to foster resilient, livable, and culturally vibrant communities worldwide.

Debbi Weber

As an Alberta Registered Professional Independent Associate Consultant, Debbi leverages her 20+ years of experience gained through Consulting in the private industry and public sector (local government) applying her key strengths across the spectrum of:

  • Political acumen

Debbi provides client specific leadership by:

  • Guiding municipal government strategic initiatives
  • Providing research and analysis by identifying & capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities in local government
  • Private land developer support: Adept in collaborating with land developers to facilitate, enable and promote economic & business growth opportunities
  • Providing and guiding regional collaboration: Capable of promoting and participating in joint regional economic and business opportunities

Debbi holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management: University of Alberta, Forest Technologist Diploma: NAIT and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Certification: University of Northern British Columbia.
